not yet. ask me again on friday. it HAS to be better than the book, the book was shit. i never intended to see it, but i'm going anyways. meh. its just a film, nothing particularly special. i really don't get the massive obssesion with it. it's a badfic full of plotholes!

(i just like it for the vampirey action quality...)

Tuesday Topic 15: Dancing  
This week's (2 days late... oops) topic is dancing.

Can you dance, whether it's disco dancing or ballroom? What's your favourite type of dancing? Have you ever danced with someone? If so, when/where? Do you enjoy dancing?

I cannot dance. Like, at all. My sense of rythmn is poor and my body just doesn't obey. I tend to only dance when I'm alone in the house... Though i make an attempt at discos and stuff. But its a crap attempt. I don't mind dancing really, i'm just bad at it. I've only ever danced with someone properly once. Ed at prom. And that was fairly crap as neither of us could dance. Funny though!

So how about you? Also, suggestions for next week are always appreciated.

Writer's Block: Book review  

What (if any) books would you ban from a high school library? Are there certain subjects that you feel are inappropriate for teenagers regardless of literary merit?

Bwahaha! The irony! Today, pretty much the first time i've read a book from the school library... the bible. for a laugh. and it was hilarious. Seriously. Have you read Leviticus? It basically lists all the people you must'nt have sex with. Funny. Left a sheet of paper in it with the name of the bit wiith the 'a man shall not lie with another man' blah blah crap and wrote 'Bluff' underneath. Fun times.

But no, they should't ban anything from a secondary school library. That is one of the wonders of books and knowledge. the freedom to learn.

Today...  
Was meant to give blood today. Went through the whole process, arrived, confirmed data, finger pinprick blood test. Then went and sat on the table thing, strap on my arm, needle in. And it didn't work. 'Cause I've got crap veins and he couldn't get the needle in. So I went through all that for nothing! And my arm stings now. Suckage. Damn my crap veins!

Strangely dissapointed. Went through all that for nothing. I'll try again in a few weeks and try and be warmer so my veins are better.

Tuesday Topic 14: Nicknames  

Tuesday Topic is nicknames.

Did you have any nicknames as a kid? Affectionate or cruel? Any nicknames you wanted that never caught on? Any current nicknames? The weirdest nicknames you've heard? Any nicknames people have for you that you don't like? Nicknames you've come up with for others?

As a kid, i had none. Currently, [info]llamasoks calls me Chuck Nedley infrequently for no clear reason. But that's about all I have. Though, my neighbours when I was a kid are the only people who will get away with calling me Sammy. No, no with the Sammy/Sammie. It's just... wrong. And childish.

Somehow I ended up calling one of my friends by her surname, like always. Still not sure why.

The funniest nicknames are amongst [info]llamasoks 's friends. E.g. Gelo and Jesus and Woof is it? Cher and, oh, what is it you call Mel again? :P

Aaaaand go! :D (as a side note... i feel like crap. I'm gonna put off that fic even longer...)

Yesterday  
Yesterday evening, i went to see Michael McIntyre! Unfortunately, my friend who was supposed to go with me was ill :( but instead my mum went with me. It was EPICCCC!!!! He's so funny, and he looks both thinner and shorter in real life. The jokes were all new stuff, and he spent the first 40 minutes with his flies undone! MAJOR LOLS. My lungs hurt so much from laughing and i couldn't stop grinning!
